Punta Secca Beach is a scenic stretch of sand in ’A Sicca, the small fishing hamlet of Santa Croce Camerina in southern Sicily. Its seaside setting is quiet and distinctly local, with the character of a historic fishing village.

The beach is best known as the on-screen home of Inspector Montalbano, giving this otherwise unassuming corner of the Ragusa area a particular place in popular culture. Visitors may recognise the setting from the series while still finding a simple, unhurried shore.

Known locally as Spiaggia di Puntasecca, the beach lies along Corso Mediterraneo in Punta Secca. It is a straightforward choice for those drawn to Sicilian coastal scenery and the atmosphere of a working fishing hamlet.

Admission is free and no booking is required.
