Madonie Adventure Park lies in the heart of the Madonie Mountains at Petralia Sottana, and opened in 2008 as Sicily’s first adventure park. Its setting at Località Gorgonero makes it a place for active days outdoors, with activities designed for children, teenagers and adults.
The main attraction is a series of tree-top acrobatic courses, complemented by tree climbing and the Powerfan controlled free-fall. Archery and orienteering offer a different pace, while children’s adventure courses and environmental activities provide more accessible ways to engage with the surrounding landscape.
A picnic area with tables and barbecues, together with a food service, makes it possible to spend most of the day here. The park suits families looking to combine outdoor activity with an unhurried meal in the mountains.
