Ristorante Manna Noto

Ristorante Manna Noto is set in the countryside at Baglio Siciliamo, among greenery and citrus trees a few hundred metres from the beaches of Lido di Noto. The restaurant occupies an ancient palmento, or wine press, dating from the late eighteenth century, whose typically Sicilian setting is defined by distinctive colours and atmospheres.

The name Manna reflects a search for a more natural relationship with food: a return to seasonal ingredients, the cycles of the land and, in a moral and spiritual sense, nourishment for the soul. This idea informs a cuisine rooted in the produce and traditions of the surrounding area.
