Set beside the Bay of Mazzarò in Taormina Mare, Villa Sant’Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, is a warm and elegant Sicilian home where languid days are best spent by the sea. The five-star hotel has 66 rooms and suites, most with private balconies or terraces overlooking the bay.
Accommodation ranges from Superior and Deluxe Rooms to a considered collection of junior suites and suites, including the Mare Suite, Villa Sant’Andrea Suite, Ionica Suite and exclusive Ionica Pool Suite. The latter has its own private lava stone pool; elsewhere, a heated outdoor infinity pool offers a wider view across the water.
Dining is centred on Ristorante Sant’Andrea, with its Mediterranean cuisine, and Brizza, the beachfront restaurant. A main bar, pool bar and beach bar provide further places for a drink, while every room includes a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks.
