In Catania’s historic centre, Ristorante Coria offers a contemporary interpretation of Sicilian cuisine. Led by chef-owners Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti, the restaurant has held one Michelin Star since 2012, and moved from Caltagirone to the elegant Palazzo San Demetrio in 2024.
The dining room brings together the historic elegance of the palazzo and clean contemporary design, creating an atmosphere that feels refined yet welcoming. Artwork inspired by Mount Etna and carefully considered interiors reinforce Coria’s close attention to Sicilian identity and modern craftsmanship.
